How to Open Ampoules or Vials

1. I would like to demonstrate how to open an OPC ampule

2. so take the ampule and first of all

3. remove all product rest in system area

4. holds the ampule so you can see the OPC

5. dot here we have the OPC taught in this

6. case it is white but it could also be blue red yellow or any other color

7. take the ampule body into your left hand hold close to but above the OPC dot

8. between the index finger and some of your right hand position your left thumb as close as possible to the ampule shoulder and the

9. right thumb on the stem as close as possible to the OPC dot it is okay your hand covers the OPC dot because a dot just indicates a position of the cut

10. in the constriction of the ampule so this is the position of left thumb and
right thumb

11. make sure your index fingers touch

12. underneath the ampule you can see the index fingers and they should touch break

13. the ampule open by applying pressure downwards make sure not to pull by breaking stem of the ampule

if you follow these instructions you should be able to open any ampule with a
clean break without any problems of breaking ampule heads thank you good luck and good bye
