Registered homeopathic medicinal product, therefore without indication of a therapeutic application.
If symptoms persist during use, medical advice should be sought.
Contraindications
Must not be used if you are allergic to Arnica (Arnica montana), artichoke (Cynara scolymus),
members of the daisy family, to any of the active substances, or to any of the other ingredients
of this medicinal product.
Do not use in thyroid disorders without medical advice.
In cases of known allergy to mistletoe preparations, chronic granulomatous diseases, autoimmune diseases,
hyperthyroidism with metabolic imbalance, or acute inflammatory or high-fever illnesses, this medicinal
product should not be used, or treatment should be interrupted until signs of inflammation have subsided.
Precautions for use
For use in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.
For dosage, consult a therapist experienced in homeopathy.
Do not inject more than 1 ampoule per day unless otherwise directed.
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is essentially “sodium-free”.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors
and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used,
or intend to use other medicinal products.
Method of administration
For intramuscular (i.m.), subcutaneous (s.c.) or intravenous (i.v.) injection.
Ampoules should be used immediately after opening. Opened ampoules must not be stored or used later,
as the sterility of the injection solution can no longer be guaranteed.
Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods
without medical advice.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Slight increase in body temperature, localized inflammatory reactions at the injection site after subcutaneous
injection, and temporary slight swelling of regional lymph nodes are harmless.
Occasionally, veins may react with inflammatory irritation. Temporary interruption of therapy may be required.
In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions with local or general allergic or allergy-like reactions may occur,
such as generalized itching, hives, skin rash, swelling of the face area (Quincke’s edema), shortness of breath,
asthma, drop in blood pressure, or shock. In such cases, stop using the product and seek medical attention immediately.
In rare cases, activation of inflammations may occur, for example chronic sinusitis or dental root granulomas.
Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation).
In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Instructions for opening the ampoule
Coloured dot facing upwards. Allow solution in the ampoule tip to flow downwards by tapping or shaking.
With the coloured dot facing upwards, pull the ampoule tip backwards to break it off.
Open the ampoule carefully and follow the instructions.

1 ampoule of 2.2 ml (= 2.2 g) contains:
- Rauwolfia serpentina Dil. D3 – 22 mg
- Aurum iodatum Dil. D10 – 22 mg
- Kalmia latifolia Dil. D4 – 22 mg
- Melilotus officinalis Dil. D8 – 22 mg
- Sulfur Dil. D10 – 22 mg
- Atropa bella-donna Dil. D6 – 22 mg
- Arnica montana Dil. D4 – 22 mg
- Conium maculatum Dil. D3 – 22 mg
- Viscum album Dil. D3 – 22 mg
- Lycopodium clavatum Dil. D6 – 22 mg
- Cynara scolymus (HAB 34) Dil. D8 – 22 mg
- Vorschrift 3a Dil. D10 (HAB) – 22 mg
- Hepar suis Dil. D10 (HAB, Vorschrift 42a) – 22 mg
Joint potentiation over the last two steps with water for injections.
Other ingredients: water for injections, sodium chloride.
Pharmaceutical form and pack size
Liquid dilution for injection. Pack of 10 ampoules of 2.2 ml.
Clinic pack: 100 ampoules of 2.2 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging.
No special storage conditions are required.
