Nerve and Sleep Drops
Ingredients:
Avena sativa D1, Ammonium bromatum D3, Chamomilla D4, Coffea D4, Eschscholzia D2, Ignatia D6, Humulus lupulus D2, Passiflora incarnata D2, Valeriana Ø, Zincum valerianicum D6
Indications:
• Insomnia
• Sleep disturbances: light or superficial sleep, sleeplessness, non-refreshing sleep
• Drowsiness in the morning
• Daytime weariness with evening vivacity
• Nervous restlessness and excitability
• Neurasthenia
• Effects of prolonged mental conflict
Mode of Action:
Supports normalization of disturbed sleep and neurasthenic states
• Ammonium bromatum: Sedative
• Avena sativa: Nervous and sexual neurasthenia; exhaustion from mental overwork; convalescence; sleeplessness despite fatigue
• Chamomilla: Calms overstimulated nerves and hypersensitivity; alleviates uneasy sleep
• Coffea: Excess mental/physical activity at bedtime; racing thoughts; disturbed sleep
• Eschscholzia: Sedative
• Humulus lupulus: Nervous exhaustion; calming effect
• Ignatia: Nervous exhaustion from grief, worry, or emotional suppression
• Passiflora incarnata: Sedative; relieves nervous unrest and irritability
• Valeriana: Light, non-refreshing sleep; general restlessness
• Zincum valerianicum: Insomnia with twitching limbs, nightmares, leg restlessness
Dosage:
• For severe nervous exhaustion and insomnia: 10–15 drops in water, 3× daily; at night, 20 drops in sweetened water
• After improvement: reduce to 10–15 drops once or twice daily
• Sensitive patients: reduce immediately to 5 drops 3× daily, or as little as once daily (not in the evening)
• Resistant cases: may require 20–30 drops 3× daily—only after observing effects for a few days
• After full recovery, maintain regular use: 10–15 drops in the evening
Remarks:
• For general nervous exhaustion, simultaneous use of VITA-C 15 is recommended for best results.
