Product status
Homeopathic medicinal product for disorders of the cardiovascular system.
The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include nervous heart and circulatory disorders.
Contraindications
Do not take this medicinal product if you are allergic to Arnica, other plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Compositae), any of the active substances, or any of the other ingredients.
Precautions for use
If symptoms persist, are unclear, or newly occur, medical advice should be sought, since these may be conditions requiring medical evaluation.
Medical clarification is urgently required in the event of pain in the heart region radiating into the arms, upper abdomen or neck, shortness of breath, or water retention in the legs.
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
There is insufficient documented experience in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
This medicinal product contains 89 mg alcohol (ethanol) per 5 drops, corresponding to 45% vol. The amount in 5 drops corresponds to less than 3 ml beer or 1 ml wine.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods.
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or intend to take other medicinal products.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed: adults and adolescents from 12 years of age should take 5 drops every half hour to one hour in acute conditions, up to 6 times daily.
Use for longer than 1 week should only take place after consultation with a therapist experienced in homeopathy. In chronic forms, take 5 drops 1 to 3 times daily. As symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.
This medicinal product should be taken at a time interval from meals. The drops may be taken mixed with a little liquid and should be kept in the mouth for a short time before swallowing.
Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten a previous dose. If you have further questions on the use of this medicinal product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Composition
10 g mixture (= 10.6 ml; 1 ml = 20 drops) contains:
- Natrium tetrachloroauratum Dil. D6 – 1.0 g
- Valeriana officinalis Dil. D1 – 0.5 g
- Cytisus scoparius Dil. D1 – 0.2 g
- Convallaria majalis Dil. D2 – 0.2 g
- Arnica montana Dil. D1 – 0.1 g
- Crataegus Ø – 6.0 g
Other ingredients: ethanol 94% (m/m), purified water.
Pharmaceutical form and pack size
Oral drops, mixture. Pack sizes: 30 ml and 100 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
Note: Slight flocculation may occur during storage, but this does not affect the effectiveness of the medicinal product. Shake before use in such cases.
