Contraindications
Do not take this medicinal product if you are allergic to the active substances or any of the other ingredients.
Precautions for use
For use in adults and children from 6 years of age.
In children aged 6 to under 12 years, use only after consulting a doctor, as there is not yet sufficient experience for a general recommendation for this age group.
Due to the nitroglycerin content, children under 12 years of age should take no more than 14 drops per day.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
This medicinal product contains 51% alcohol by volume. 10 drops contain 201 mg ethanol.
Interactions
No interactions are known.
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods.
If you are using other medicinal products, have recently used other medicinal products, or intend to use other medicinal products, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 10 drops 3 times daily.
Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Composition
1 g (= 1.07 ml) contains:
- Selenicereus grandiflorus Dil. D1 – 0.01 g
- Spigelia anthelmia Dil. D3 – 0.01 g
- Kalium carbonicum Dil. D3 – 0.01 g
- Nitroglycerinum Dil. D3 – 0.006 g
- Crataegus Dil. D1 – 0.964 g
1 ml corresponds to 20 drops.
Pharmaceutical form and pack size
Oral liquid drops. Available pack sizes: 30 ml and 100 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
