Areas of application
The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures.
For adults: senile heart, nervous heart disorders, and pressure and tightness in the region of the heart (angina pectoris).
For adolescents aged 12 to under 18 years: nervous heart disorders.
Contraindications
Do not take this medicinal product if you are allergic to any of the active substances or any of the other ingredients.
In children and adolescents under 18 years, it must not be used for senile heart or for pressure and tightness in the region of the heart (angina pectoris).
Precautions for use
In the case of persistent, unclear, or newly occurring symptoms, a doctor should be consulted, as these may be conditions requiring medical clarification.
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
There is insufficient documented experience for use in children under 12 years of age. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years.
This medicinal product contains 178 mg alcohol (ethanol) per 10 drops, corresponding to 45% vol. The amount in 10 drops is equivalent to less than 5 ml beer or 2 ml wine. The small amount of alcohol in this medicinal product has no noticeable effects.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents from 12 to under 18 years: in acute conditions, take 10 drops every half to one hour, up to a maximum of 12 times daily. In chronic forms, take 10 drops 3 times daily.
Use in adolescents with nervous heart disorders should only take place after consultation with a doctor.

Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten a previous dose. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicinal product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. In individual cases, as a sign of an initial homeopathic aggravation, temporary facial flushing, palpitations and increased pulse rate, edema, dizziness, nausea, and mild stomach complaints may occur.
Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Composition
10 g of mixture contains:
- Crataegus Ø – 7.0 g
- Spigelia anthelmia Dil. D2 – 0.1 g
- Kalium carbonicum Dil. D3 – 0.1 g
Other ingredients: ethanol 4% (m/m), purified water.
Pharmaceutical form and pack sizes
Oral drops. Available in packs of 30 ml and 100 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
Slight flocculation may occur during storage, but this does not affect the effectiveness of the medicinal product.
