Product status
Homeopathic medicinal product for diseases of the upper respiratory tract. The therapeutic indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses (sinusitis).
Contraindications
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the active substances or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product.
Precautions for use
For adults and children from 1 year of age. If symptoms are persistent, unclear, or newly occurring, consult a doctor, as these may be conditions that require medical evaluation.
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
There is insufficient documented experience for use in infants, therefore this product should not be used in babies.
Contains 35% alcohol by volume.
The amount in 1 ml (20 drops) corresponds to less than 7 ml beer or 3 ml wine. The small amount of alcohol in this medicinal product has no noticeable effects.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or intend to take other medicinal products.
Method of administration
Oral use. The drops may be taken mixed with a little liquid. To improve the effect, the drops should be held in the mouth for a short time if possible. This medicinal product should be taken at intervals from meals.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and children over 12 years of age should take 5 drops 3 times daily for prolonged symptoms. In acute conditions, 5 drops may be taken every half hour to hour, up to 6 times daily. Use for more than one week in acute dosing should only take place after consulting a doctor.
Children should receive the following dosage after consultation with a doctor:
- Children 1 to under 6 years: 2–3 drops 1 to 3 times daily; in acute conditions 2–3 drops every half hour to hour, up to 6 times daily (maximum 15 drops daily).
- Children 6 to under 12 years: 3 drops 1 to 3 times daily; in acute conditions 3 drops every half hour to hour, up to 6 times daily.
For prolonged symptoms, the frequency of use should be reduced once improvement occurs.
Duration of use
As with all homeopathic medicinal products, this medicinal product should not be used for longer periods without medical advice.

Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten a previous dose. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicinal product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Increased salivation may occur after use; if this happens, the product should be discontinued. Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Composition
10 g (= 10.5 ml; 1 ml = 20 drops) contains:
- Hepar sulfuris Dil. D10 – 0.1 g
- Hepar sulfuris Dil. D30 – 0.1 g
- Hydrargyrum biiodatum Dil. D8 – 0.1 g
- Argentum nitricum Dil. D10 – 0.1 g
- Euphorbium Dil. D3 – 0.1 g
- Pulsatilla pratensis Dil. D2 – 0.1 g
The active substances are jointly potentized over the last stage with ethanol 43% (m/m).
Other ingredients: ethanol 94% (m/m), purified water.
Pharmaceutical form and pack size
Oral drops, solution. Pack sizes: 30 ml and 100 ml.
Storage
Keep medicinal products out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the outer carton and container. No special storage conditions are required for this medicinal product.
