Product status
Homeopathic medicinal product for diseases of the respiratory tract. The indications are derived from the homeopathic materia medica. These include inflammatory conditions of the respiratory tract.
Contraindications
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the active substances or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product. Do not use in cases of thyroid disorders without medical advice.
Precautions for use
If symptoms persist, are unclear, or newly occur, or if shortness of breath, fever, purulent sputum, or bloody sputum develops, consult a doctor, as these may be conditions requiring medical evaluation.
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
This medicinal product contains 69 mg alcohol (ethanol) per 5 drops (35% alcohol by volume). The amount in 5 drops corresponds to less than 2 ml of beer or 1 ml of wine. The small amount of alcohol in this medicinal product has no noticeable effects.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.
Dosage and administration
Unless otherwise prescribed:
Adults and adolescents from 12 years: take 5 drops 1 to 3 times daily. In acute conditions, take 5 drops every half hour to one hour, up to a maximum of 6 times daily. Once symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
Children under 12 years:
- Infants in the first year of life: no more than one third of the adult dose, after consulting a doctor
- Children under 6 years: half the adult dose
- Children 6 to under 12 years: two thirds of the adult dose
To prepare the child dose, mix 5 drops with 6 teaspoons of water. Then give:
- Infants in the first year of life: 2 teaspoons
- Children under 6 years: 3 teaspoons
- Children 6 to under 12 years: 4 teaspoons
Use 1 to 3 times daily. In acute conditions, use every half hour to hour, up to a maximum of 6 times daily. Discard any remaining solution after use.
For acute dosing, use longer than one week only after consulting a therapist experienced in homeopathy. This medicinal product should be taken at intervals from meals.
Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them. Note: when using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten the previous dose. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicinal product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Composition
10 g mixture (= 10.5 ml; 1 ml = 20 drops) contains:
- Kalium stibyltartaricum Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Atropa belladonna Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Natrium sulfuricum Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Arsenum iodatum Dil. D6 – 1.0 g
- Blatta orientalis Dil. D6 – 0.5 g
- Lobelia inflata Dil. D4 – 0.5 g
- Psychotria ipecacuanha Dil. D4 – 0.5 g
- Naphthalinum Dil. D6 (HAB, method 5a) – 0.5 g
- Anisum stellatum (HAB 34) Dil. D3 (HAB, method 4a) – 0.5 g
Joint potentiation over the penultimate step with ethanol 62% (m/m) and over the last step with ethanol 43% (m/m).
Other ingredient: purified water.
Pharmaceutical form and pack sizes
Mixture (oral drops). Available pack sizes: 30 ml and 100 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
