Warts, Cutaneous Growths
Ingredients: Acidum nitricum D24, Stibium sulfuratum nigrum D8, Thuja D4, Ethanol, Aqua pur.
Indications:
Tendency to the formation of warts; verrucae vulgaris, v. plantaris, v. planae juvenilis.
Mode of Action:
All the single components of this homoeopathic combination show in their remedy picture a clear relation to the skin and the mucosa.
Stibium sulfuratum nigrum (Antimon crudum): Influence in relation to the skin. Calluses on the soles and horny skin growth, dryness of the skin.
Acidum nitricum: The main symptoms of the remedy picture are, amongst others, dry skin, eroded, cracked, warts itching and stinging, bleeding when washing.
Thuja: The main symptoms are, amongst others, disorders of the glands, skin and mucosa, deceleration of the cell metabolism with the formation of outgrowth and warts. Irritable skin, sensitive to the touch; warts are coarse, jagged, chapped and tending to degenerate.
Dosage:
Unless otherwise recommended, in acute cases 5–10 drops up to a maximum of 12 times daily; in chronic cases 5–10 drops 3 times daily in a little water.
In all cases, if there are changes in the skin lasting more than 4 weeks, whether painful or painless, oozing, blistering, bleeding, then consult a practitioner immediately.
