Bach™ Original Flower Essences are suitable for all and can be used at any time during the day.
Take an individual essence based on your needs, or create a combination of up to seven essences.
Place 2 drops in water and sip at intervals. For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle containing still spring water, and take 4 drops 4 times a day.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.

If you miss a delivery, the package will be held at your local delivery center; contact them directly to reschedule. For express delivery non-delivery, contact the courier using details in your shipping confirmation email.
