MAIN INDICATIONS
MD-LUMBAR is a medical device designed to improve joint movement of
the lumbosacral spine area and to reduce associated pain, counteracting
physiological or pathological deterioration of the joints and tissues
involved.
Clinical evidence shows the effectiveness and safety of MD-LUMBAR at
improving movement and reducing lower back pain due to various causes
and origins, such as:
• Lumbar instability due to degenerative spondylolisthesis, lumbar
spondylosis, herniated discs in the lumbar vertebrae and non-specific low
back pain, such as in the case of prolonged bed rest or poor ambulation.
• Chronic lumbosciatica:
− due to aging
− due to bad posture
− due to concomitant chronic diseases
− due to traumas and injuries.
• Facet joint syndrome.
Treatment can be combined with other therapies.
