Sleep troubles (difficulty in falling asleep, recurrent night awakening, early awakening); Poor quality sleep; Nervous hyper-excitement and anxiety.
Directions:
Sleep troubles: 20 drops 30 minutes before going to bed. In permanent cases, 10 drops every 30 minutes beginning from 1/2 hours before going to sleep. This medicine is recommended also for extended periods of time for a physiological re-balance of the biological homeostasis.
Nervous hyper-excitement and anxiety: 10 drops 3 times a day, in acute phase 10 drops every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
