Contraindications
Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica or other plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae), any of the active substances, or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product.
Precautions for use
There is insufficient documented experience with use in children; therefore it should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is essentially “sodium-free”.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed:
Acute conditions: Inject 1 ampoule daily.
Chronic conditions: Inject 1 ampoule 3 times to 1 time per week.
Route of administration: intramuscular (i.m.), subcutaneous (s.c.), and if necessary intravenous (i.v.).
Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them. Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Instructions for opening the ampoule
Coloured dot facing upwards. Allow solution in the ampoule tip to flow downwards by tapping or shaking. With the coloured dot facing upwards, pull the ampoule tip backwards to break it off. Open the ampoule carefully and follow the instructions.

- Nitroglycerinum Dil. D4 – 22 mg
- Kalium carbonicum Dil. D4 – 22 mg

The active ingredients 1 to 18 are potentized together over the last 2 steps.
Other ingredients: water for injections, sodium chloride.

Liquid dilution for injection.
Packs of 10 and 100 ampoules of 2.2 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
