Indications for Traumeel Ampoules:
Injuries such as sprains, dislocations, contusions, effusions of blood and effusions into a joint, fractures; post-operative and post- traumatic oedema and swelling of the soft tissues.
Inflammatory processes and degenerative processes associated with inflammation on the various organs and tissues, including, in particular, on the support and mobility apparatus (tendovaginitis, styloiditis, epicondylitis, bursitis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, ect.); arthrosis of the hip, knee and small joints; commotio cerebri acuta.
Also recommended for: swelling, bruising of soft tissues & muscles.

Dosage for Traumeel Ampoules:
Normal dosage is 1 ampoule every 3 days.
In acute disorders, 1 ampoule every day.
Break the vial/ampoule at the marker, and tap into a glass of water. To be taken with water over 15-20 minutes. Outside of food - 10-15 minutes.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the active substances, any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product, or to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae).
Special precautions for use
There is insufficient documented experience for use in children; therefore it should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Use is not recommended in:
- progressive systemic diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, sarcoidosis)
- systemic diseases of the white blood cell system (e.g., leukemia or leukemia-like diseases)
- autoimmune diseases (e.g., inflammatory connective tissue diseases, multiple sclerosis)
- immunodeficiency (AIDS/HIV infection)
- immunosuppression (e.g., after organ or bone marrow transplantation)
For medicinal products containing preparations of Echinacea, allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, rarely facial swelling, shortness of breath, dizziness, and drop in blood pressure have been observed in individual cases.
Patients with atopic diseases (e.g., atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma, hay fever) may have an increased risk of allergic reactions; use only after consulting a physician.
In individual cases, the use of Echinacea preparations has been associated with the occurrence of autoimmune diseases. With long-term use (longer than 8 weeks), a reduction in white blood cells has been reported in a single case.
Pregnancy and lactation
Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Sodium content
This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e., it is essentially “sodium-free”.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product can be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed:
Acute conditions: Inject 1–2 ampoules daily intramuscularly (i.m.), subcutaneously (s.c.) (including periarticular), or intravenously (i.v.). Use beyond one week should only occur after consultation with a therapist experienced in homeopathy.
Chronic courses: Inject 1–2 ampoules 1 to 3 times weekly i.m., s.c. (including periarticular), or i.v. Reduce frequency as symptoms improve.
Duration of treatment
Do not use for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
Undesirable effects
Like all medicinal products, this product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Increased salivation may occur after use; discontinue if this happens.
Due to the contained homeopathic active substance Mercurius solubilis (mercury), allergic reactions may occur occasionally. In individual cases, hypersensitivity reactions have been reported. In persons hypersensitive to Asteraceae (e.g., Arnica), hypersensitivity reactions (up to anaphylactic reactions) are possible.
Temporary redness, swelling, and pain at the injection site may occur. If side effects occur, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Note: When using a homeopathic medicinal product, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue and consult your doctor.
Storage
Keep medicinal products out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.

Active substances 1–7 are potentised together via the last stage; active substances 8–10 via the last two stages with water for injections. Other ingredients: water for injections, sodium chloride.
Instructions for opening the ampoule
Ensure the coloured dot is facing upwards. Allow solution in the ampoule tip to flow down by tapping or shaking.
Break the ampoule by pulling the ampoule tip backwards.
